Return/Refund Policy

Refunds are returned using the original method of payment. If payment was made by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit card. Please contact us to discuss any necessary return or refund.

Delivery Standards

Orders are shipped by UPS, FedEx, USPS, or private courier. We will alert you to the planned shipping method and timeframe. If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.

  • Cheryl

    Cheryl has been with the company for over thirty years and in that time has developed extensive product knowledge and problem solving abilities. Cheryl has the “can do” attitude that makes her customer service number one. She is also Kevin's better half.

  • Kevin

    Kevin is the office “jack-of-all-trades.” He is also Cheryl's better half. You will find him answering phones, filling orders, delivering products, and much more.

  • Ian

    Ian joined us after a number of years in the newspaper industry. He worked with suppliers and customers and now we have him! He is getting his feet wet in the print distributor industry so he does a bit of this and a bit of that. So if you call and a guy answers, don't assume it's Kevin.

  • Kelly

    Kelly is our graphic artist. She's helped expand our offerings to customers requiring advanced art capabilities. There is nothing that this creative part of our office can’t do. She will put your ideas to work!
